Roblock Essential Plus
Award-Winning Theft Recovery System + Automatic Backup

A subscription to the full version of Roblock Essential Plus, with the automatic
remote backup features, is owned by the customer and is not tied to a particular
phone. This means that customers who purchase the full version of Roblock Essential
Plus, with the automatic backup features, can transfer their subscription plan in
the event they purchase a new phone. This transfer involves no additional cost and
there is no limit on the number of transfers. However, one subscription plan will
only work for one phone at a time (i.e., once a plan is transferred, Roblock will
no longer work on the old phone).
Transfers can only occur if the customer's new phone is compatible with Roblock.
Within the next few months, Roblock will add compatibility with phones running Android,
Symbian, and Windows Mobile operating systems.
Customers who opt to purchase only the theft recovery features (i.e Roblock Essential)
for the single one time fee cannot transfer their Roblock license to a new phone.

Cancelling a free trial or a subscription with Roblock is easy. Simply log into
your Paypal account, open the Paypal transaction record for your Roblock trial or
subscription, and click "Cancel Subscription." You do not need to make a phone call,
listen to a seemingly endless list of options just to reach a representative, provide
your entire life history to "verify" your identity, and then listen to the representative
try to convince you not to cancel or to buy something else. Just log into your Paypal
account and cancel. No questions, no comments, and if we ever meet you, we’ll still
be nice to you (and no, we won’t try to steal your phone).
As a physician-manager responsible for several outreach medical teams who take patient data with them on the road in their Blackberries, the spectre of a lost PDA has always been a concern. With Roblock installed, we now have confidence that any confidential patient information compromised by the loss of a PDA can be safely destroyed by a remote wipe of the device.
